Returns & Replacements
Items may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date as long as the item has not been installed or modified and is in as-new condition with original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
All returns require a return authorization number to be assigned in order to accepted and refunds to be processed. Important - Do not return an item without contacting us and obtaining a return authorization number. Exchanges or refunds will not be processed without an authorization number.
Review the following before contacting customer service:
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- All merchandise must be in original boxes and include all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials in order to avoid a restock fee.
- Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for any labor or service charges incurred for installation of products purchased.
- Serial numbers cannot be altered.
- Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
- Any restocking fee we use will be a reflection on current market value. We do not support attempts to profit on pro-rate adjustments or price fluctuations.
- We are not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicle
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items that been custom made for purchasers specific use
- Closeout or clearance items
- Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Parts that have been mounted - ie wheels to tires, installed on vehicle.
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Opened electrical items.
- Any special order items
