Shipping & Delivery

UnlimitedTruck.com has warehouses located accross the US and will ship the items purchased from the nearest warehouse with the items in stock. Due to COVID-19 current shipment processing time is 1-3 business days with delivery time averaging 3-4 business days after shipment via UPS ground. For large items a freight charge may apply and require that someone be at the shipping address at the time of delivery to accept the shipment or pallet. Free shipping applies to items shipped to the lower 48. Unfortunately we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused immediately; or within the first 10 days of delivery (no claims can be filed after 10 days of delivery).

  • If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the damage.
  • If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill.
  • After contacting the carrier, please call our customer service center at 877-735-6779
  • We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after being delivered.
