UnlimitedTruck.com has warehouses located accross the US and will ship the items purchased from the nearest warehouse with the items in stock. Most items ship within 1 business day via Fedex ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. For large items a freight charge may apply and require that someone be at the shipping address at the time of delivery to accept the shipment or pallet. Free shipping applies to items shipped to the lower 48. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur shipping charges.
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused immediately; or within the first 10 days of delivery (no claims can be filed after 10 days of delivery).
Items may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date as long as the item has not been installed or modified and is in as-new condition with original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns require a return authorization number to be assigned in order to accepted and refunds to be processed. Do not return an item without contacting us so that we can track the process the return for you.
